Ritroma Lamo Gyonma Practice
Ritroma
Lamo Gyonma is a wratful Deety which has been used since ancient
times in Tibet for the puspose of preventing and fighting of serious
contagious
deseases. It's been used even for
the Polio long before the vaccine has been found by western physicians.
You can apply it not only for the fighting a deseas but most important
for preventing people and areas from getting it and spreading all these
kind of deseases. The visualisation in this case is a huge Ritroma
above the area (town, village, region) with all the animals, birds
and people there and brilliant - green shower pouring from her to clean
and protect all these beings while you reciting the mantra.

RITROMA LAMO GYONMA
Refuge and Awakening the Enlightened Intention
KYAB NE KON CHOG SUM LA KYAB SU CHI /
I go for refuge to the Three Jewels, the true Source of Refuge:
NGON CHE GYAL WAI DZE PA ME JUNG TAR /
Following in the footsteps of the Victorious Ones who have come
before me:
DE SHIN DAG Gl DU Dl NE TSAM JA /
From this time forward I shall follow their example,
DRO WA YONG KYI LA MAR DAG GYUR CHIG /
That I may become a teacher and guide for all beings.
(Repeat three times.)
Self Generation as the Deity
AH CHO NAM MIG MED TONG NYID NYING JEI LONG /
AH Without focus on any phenomena, within the expanse of emptiness
and compassion.
PAD DAI TENG DU BAM YIG TRO DU LE /
A lotus and moon throne upon which is the syllable BAM, radiating
and re-absorbing light.
KED CHIG DAG NYID Rl THROD LO GYON JANG /
It transforms, and I instantly arise as Ritroma Gyonma, body coloured
green:
SHAL SUM YE NAG YON KAR PO SHED NYEM /
Her right face black, centre green, and her left white with wrathful
expressions.
LONG KUI CHE DZOG TAG SHAM SHING LO GYEN /
Sambhogakaya Form, wearing a tiger skin skin skirt and tree leaves.
CHAG DRUG YE SUM DOR JE DRA TA DA /
She has six arms. Her first right arm holds a vajra, the second
a battle axe, and the third an arrow:
YON SUM YAL GA SHU DANG SHEG PA NAM /
On her left, the first holds a branch of a tree, the second a bow
and the third a lasso:
SHAP NYI KYANG KUM NED DON JUNG PO NEN /
Right foot extended, pressing down upon a disease-causing entity.
NE SUM DRU SUM THUG KAI SA BON LE /
The three places are marked with the three syllables, and from
the seed syllable in her heart,
OD THRO YE SHE CHENG DRENG YER MED THIM /
Light radiates inviting the Wisdom Being who merges inseparably
with me.
WANG LHAI WANG KUR RIG DAG U GYEN GYUR /
The Deities of the Five Families manifest and bestow empowerment,
and become the ornaments on my crown.
Making Offerings
NANG SID KHOR DE KUN ZANG CHOD PAI TRIN /
All apparent phenomena are transformed into the sky-cloud offerings
of Kuntuzangpo:
PAG MED RANG NANG DAG PAI LHA LA CHOD /
These inexpressible offerings of all pure appearances I offer to
the Deity.
DOD NE MA CHO KUN SHI RIG PAI LONG /
Uncontrived and primordially pure from the beginning is the boundless
foundation of my own Spontaneous Pure Awareness:
KUN NANG CHO TRUL RANG SEM LHA LA TOD /
All the illusory appearances of my mind I offer as praise to the
Deity.
Recitation
THUG KAR DA TENG BAM THAR NGAG TRENG KHOR /
Within my heart is moon throne upon which is the
syllable BAM encircled by the mantra rosary radiating and re-absorbing
light.
GYAL CHOD JIN DU NED YAM RIM NED SHI /
Making offering to the Conquerors, gathering in all blessings,
and pacifying all epidemic and contagious diseases.
NANG SID DOR JE SUM DU LHUN DRUB GYUR /
Appearance and existence become the spontaneous presence of the
Three Vajras.
OM PI SHATSI PARNA SHAWARI SARWA MATI
PRASHAMANI HUNG //
(Recite 111 or many times.)
Offering, Praise and Confession
HRI NGO JOB YID TRUL CHO TRIN GYAM TSO CHO /
HRI I offer an ocean of offering clouds both real and imagined;
KHOR DE DAG PA RAB JAM LHA LA TO /
I praise the Deities of the all-expansive unity of Samsara and
Nirvana:
GAL TRUL NONG PA CHI CHI ZO PAR SOL /
Forgive all the faults, errors, or wrongs I have done.
ZO PAR ZHE LA TSANG PAI NGO DRUB TSOL /
Accept my apology and purify my errors.
(Recite the 100 Syllable Mantra three times.)
Conclusion
NANG DRAG RIG SUM LHA NGAG CHO KUI NGANG /
Appearances, sounds and awareness are the nature of the Deity,
Mantra and Dharmakaya:
KU TANG YE SHE ROL PA JAM LE PA /
May the infinite display of Transcendental Wisdom and the Buddha
Bodies,
ZAB SANG NAL JOR CHEN POI NYAM LEN LA /
By the practice of this great yoga of the Profound Secret,
YER ME THUG KYI THIG LE RO CHIG CHOG //
Become inseparable, one taste within the Heart-Drop.
