Kurama in Kyoto, Lama Yeshe’s and many others. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ritroma Practice for a Bird Flu15/03/2006 - The Bird Flu is a potential pandemic in the world at the moment (Flu that spreads rapidly causing widespread epidemics around the world). Pandemic influenza occurs when a new, highly infectious and dangerous strain of the influenza virus appears. In contrast to the ‘ordinary’ or `seasonal’, flu outbreaks which we see every winter, flu pandemics occur infrequently – usually every few decades. There were three in the last century. The most serious was in 1918, killing millions of people worldwide. Smaller pandemics happened in 1957 and 1968. Since December 2003, avian influenza A (H5N1) infections in poultry
or wild birds have been reported in the following countries: Africa:
Nigeria; East Asia & the Pacific:
Cambodia,
China,
Hong Kong (SARPRC),
Indonesia,
Japan,
Laos,
Malaysia,
Mongolia,
Thailand,
Vietnam;
Europe & Eurasia:
Austria,
Azerbaijan,
Bosnia & Herzegovina (H5),
Bulgaria,
Croatia,
France (H5),
Germany,
Greece,
Italy,
Romania,
Russia,
Slovenia (H5), Currently there is no a 100% proved vaccine, although scientists are working to develop one. It probably will take several months to complete and may not be ready in time to stop a widespread human outbreak, if one occurs. As the Buddhist Dharma practitioners we have a number of tools
to assist ourselves and others to prevent and recover from such
nasty
contagious deseases like SARS and Bird Flu. In Medicine Dharma
Reiki we have very effective practice of Ritroma
Lamo Gyonma which
we offer to any Dharma practitioner regardless of lineage. To

Opening of the Site20/04/2003 - This is a site specially dedicated to Medicine Dharma Reiki. The Term Reiki was coined by Dr. Usui in his notes. The Tibetan syllables 'Men' (medicine) and 'Chhos' (Dharma) were added by the author as an expression of his gratitude to the country and the Lama-physicians of Tibet. They are also a pointer to the fact that an emissary sent by Dr. Usui found a copy of the 'Tantra of the Lightning Flash' and related commentaries at the famous Medical College of Chagpori Ling near Lhasa. These Tibetan manuscripts came in as a great help when Dr. Usui reconstructed some of the parts of the 'Tantra' that were missing in the Chinese and Japanese versions of the text. more info...
